ENERGY- Commendation or Condemnation By – Kriti Saxena

We all are multitude of energy. Energy of which the whole universe is counting , it's everywhere, in everything . It create itself and destroys on its own, but neither can we create nor can we destroy. Energy is itself a commendation and condemnation, both. Because it totally depends on how we handle what we are having. But as a quote says- “the bearer know, where the shoe hits”.

It's Exactly the same for all human beings. We all have energy within us, but some don't feel that they have, others don't believe that they contain it , some know that they have, believing it to some extent yet incapable of utilizing it, rest are having so much that they don't even know where to utilize it. These all are the stumbling blocks of our lives, playing the role of hindrances.

Most of us believe that we don't have solution to problems of this kind, but every problem has it's solution hidden in itself and so does this. The most typical questions which arise here are How to know that we have the energy? When we get to know we have it, how and where to use it? and even if we have so much energy, meaning that we are hyperactive, what to do with it ? or how to reduce our hyperactivity?

With too many questions hovering over our heads , the solution to it is very simple. One of the most common and easy solution to all of them together is a bit of quiet introspection. We Surely can find the answers to all these problems in very simple way. Cleave out about 20 to 25 minutes from our daily schedule for ourselves ,just sit with all of you- your mind ,your soul and your body ,thinking about yourself. Which we usually don't! Make it just yourself and you. No one else. Just you , yourself and your soul.

Now regain memories from your childhood. The time when you had no tensions, no worries only play, doing what you loved ,and living life to its fullest was all the matter you concerned . Definitely you will remind of some activities, some hobbies and some foolish things which you loved to do , making you overwhelmed of reimagining very common thing we all crave for is wanting our childhood back ,Don't we? Definitely yes! As we all want our childhood back, it's the perfect time to bring our childhood back. Yes, when we were 2 or 3 definitely you have drawn numerous dimensionless lines on the wall of our living rooms for which you have been some time beaten up or scolded by mother. It's the time to try it again but not on walls, on paper.

Take a paper- pencil and draw whatever you like , whatever you imagine. It might be a road or just dimensionless lines.

Then here comes the time to blend your inner child with the knowledgeable and skilled you, try to beautify it with the knowledge the skills, the ability to embellish you are having in you. It may not look like a professional piece but if you have devoted your soul in it, it must look good and I can bet this.

What we all need to do is doing what we love, create not hate. Work with putting your soul in it. It will bring you peace, self satisfaction and overwhelming happiness. Every time you will hold that piece of paper in your hands ,you will feel the relishing blend of your childhood, your maturity ,your creativity , like everything running on a single piece of paper. And you know what, all questions got sorted up here.

1. Those who don't believe that they have energy are having a live and self contained example of their energies in front of them, in their hands .Yeah! that piece of paper.

2. Those who don't know that they have energy , came to know that they have, because without that you were never been able to create something.

3. Those who have energy, who believe too, but don't know how to use it. You people now have utilized your energy, and it resulted in something very beautiful, creative and lovable.

4. And for the hyperactive sapiens , having extravagantly so much of energy, you also have used energy to create something.

And creations are always worthy, be it a beginner or a professional. We know that creations take time. For constructing something worth the world's remembrance forever investment of years, thousands of experiment are required which is comparatively less in front of time required for destruction. A second span of time, a wrong word, a wrong attempt, can destroy the whole creation. So believe in creation. Keep creating, keep loving .

We all are god's creation and when we create something we grow which is better than being good for nothing, creating our self worth .
